It is well known that movement has not only physiological benefits but psychological as well.
In movement, you metabolize the bull sh*t that life has thrown at you.
In movement, you build resilience for hard things and take that strength to every day life.
In movement you push boundaries, you break ceilings, you prove to yourself that you had the strength inside of you all along.
When I feel broken, I move my body.
When I feel happy, I move my body.
When I feel like there is no f*cking way I can do this life anymore… I move my body
And then I realize.
I can.
I have before.
I have survived 100% of the bad days and damn do I have a story to tell.
